i gave a free loan to leviathan
I just did a rough cut of my taxes for 2005 and it looks like I gave a hefty loan to Leviathan last year, thanks to a big increase in mortgage taxes, mostly. Oh well, I can only hope that not too much of my money was used to fund bombs to kill innocent Iraqi children.

What are "mortgage taxes", if I may ask? Or did you mean "real estate taxes"? If so, then you're paying less money for the federal government to shoot innocent Iraqi children, and more money to your county government so they can train government school children to put condoms on bananas, worship the environment, and generally learn how to turn off their brains and accept big government as saviour, supporting all its foreign adventures, even if that means shooting innocent children. Much better!
D'oh! I meant mortgage interest and real estate taxes.
